I was in the restaurant business and within four years I owned three myself, and helped manage a total of 15 locations across the state. On the outside I looked like a huge success. I didn’t ask anyone for help and thought I could figure everything out on my own. I was working 100+ hours per week with no personal life. I had a lot of employees and a lot of sales but losing money every month. I had no systems in place that could help me scale profitably. By year five all of the restaurant locations shut down except one. I needed help.
I have built an extremely profitable business that does not take my time and freedom away. We have built a profitable system that can scale, which is why our target is to get to 50 locations in five years. I have a team that is motivated and helps me grow the business so I don’t have to do everything myself. With the extra free time I go on at least four to five trips per year where I can continue my development. I have met the love of my life and none of this would have been possible if I never chose to invest in myself and implement what I have learned.
Since 2018 I have spent over $1,000,000 in my personal development. This investment into myself was scary - but so worth it. I learned business, life, money & emotional skills from some of the best on earth. I have attended everything from big events to special one-on-one coaching sessions with world's top entrepreneurs.
Now for most people spending $1,000,000 on themselves is scary and it was scary for me too. My first ever business event was a $900 ticket to a 3-day event when I only had $2,000 to my name. I committed. I kept reinvesting in myself, and nothing has given me a higher ROI than this.
Now I live an amazing life that keeps getting better and bigger every year with a business that runs without me. All thanks to some of my big mentors like Tony Robbins, Grant Cardone & Bedros Keuilian.
